I can’t believe how fast the days go this time of year. There are way more things that I want to do than I have time to actually accomplish. I never start preparing for the holidays early enough. We are having fun counting down to Christmas this month by opening a book each night, gluing a cotton ball on Santa’s beard and searching for Jingle (our Elf on the Shelf) each morning. Jingle has been busy this week – riding an elf zip line, drinking syrup right from the bottle, driving the Barbie car and making snow angels in a pile of sugar on the kitchen counter.
